In this collaborative retreat Katie Moore and Eryn Donnalley take you on an exploratory journey into the wisdom of your soul. You’ll leave this retreat with tools and practices that you can use on your spiritual journey to create a life you love. Over the course of 2 ½ days in this residential retreat we’ll:

- Clarify your dreams and aspirations

- Break through patterns and fears that aren’t serving you

- Dig in to discover your purpose

- Help you learn to tap into your intuition

- Inspire you to be your best self

- Give you tools to manifest the life you love

So often we end up in lackluster careers and passionless relationships that deplete our energy and leave us feeling empty. Over time we become entrenched in this life we’re not so happy about and then one day we realize, there must be more.

Designing your life takes courage! It takes intention to jump off the 'hamster wheel' and choose a life you love. We’re taught to play it safe and to be practical but that’s not necessarily what you came here to do. To have a meaningful life you must realize your souls purpose and unique gifts.

To do this, you have to do the deeper work. There are no short cuts. Our busy lives make it impossible to do this work without dedicated effort. In this immersive retreat environment, we’ll have the opportunity to dig into our deeper selves and find out what’s been holding us back from being who we want to be. If you want to thrive in your passion and live with purpose, it requires choice + action. Yesssss!

As women we’re encouraged to nurture and support others, even to the detriment of ourselves. This is an opportunity for you to prioritize YOU. It’s an investment in your emotional well-being and your future.

Are you ready?

Plan to arrive Friday evening between 6:00 and 6:30 so we can get you settled into your room. We’ll convene for dinner at 7:00 and tune out from the chaos of our daily lives so we can begin tuning in to ourselves.

After dinner we’ll gather from 8:00 to 10:00 to begin the intensive retreat. This will include teaching and a participation exercise.

Saturday morning we’ll have breakfast together at 8:00 and then begin our program at 9:00. Saturday will be dedicated to releasing fear and we’ll work through various teachings, philosophies and exercises to understand the power fear has over us, and how it plays into our moods, emotions and repeating patterns. These underlying fears are holding us back from having the lives we desire so it’s important we bring awareness to their power.

Saturday will include 4, 2-hour blocks with several breaks during the day. We’ll have lunch from 1:15 to 2:45 and dinner from 7:00 to 8:30. We’ll also include yoga, meditation and movement throughout the day.

Sunday we’ll meet for breakfast and continue the teachings at 9:00. Sunday will include 3, 2-hour blocks of material with lunch from 1:15 to 2:45.

Now that we’ve learned about releasing fear, Sunday will be dedicated to learning how to live ‘in love’. From this space we’ll be able to tap into our true hearts desire and hear the deeper knowing from within that will guide us to our individual visions.

We’ll end the retreat with a closing ceremony. We anticipate the day ending around 5:30.

This is an intensive retreat and may include short periods of intentional silence. We will also limit the use of technology so that we can remain fully present and integrate the lessons most effectively. This all-inclusive retreat includes meals and accommodation.
