ABOUT KENDRA /

Kendra Porter

It was through a stress management class in college that Kendra Porter was first exposed to yoga and surprisingly enough, it was an instant love! Pursuing a 200 hour yoga certification was a natural step along the journey. Cultivating peace, connection, stillness and mindfulness in others is second nature to this veteran instructor of 10 years.

A love of nature, especially the mountains, was instilled at an early age. Kendra adores her time hiking and exploring the Rocky Mountains (or anywhere for that matter) because it cultivates a stillness and a peace within. She’s found stillness and peace to be an integral part of being clear and present on her own path. It’s one of the reasons why she rolls out her mat and takes the time to care for herself, to quiet her unruly mind and to move, to flow. Yoga and teaching, passing along her passion for yoga and hiking comes naturally for Kendra because they are an integral part of her lifestyle.
