Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
Boulder Creek Room at the Main Library, 1001 Arapahoe
Light lunch provided

Do you love Boulder? Do you want to have a part in the decisions that matter? Find out why City Boards and Commissions play such an important role in shaping this place where we live, work and play. Lunch with those in the know and learn how you can get a seat at the table.

Join your host, former Boulder City Council Member Angelique Espinoza, for an overview of opportunities available. City Council Member Bob Yates will share what Council looks for when appointing people to boards. Current city board members Tila Duhaime and Masyn Moyer will share why they decided to apply, and how things are going.

Ask your burning questions and get on a board or commission in 2019!

It’s free to attend, but please do RSVP for lunch.

Hosted by Open Boulder, encouraging broad community involvement, government accountability, and practical local government decisions to enhance our lives, whether at home, work, or play.
