While many cities on the East Coast have specific hours set aside for traditional trick or treating, most Colorado cities simply start when parents and kids decide to go out. For most that’s just prior to dusk and wrapping up prior to 9 p.m. Most are expected to be in earlier this year, given the fact that Halloween falls on a school night.
